Things like this never happened in Arizona.
This afternoon, I stop by the criminal courthouse in downtown LA for a story I’m working on. As I’m walking out of the building, I glance across the street and see a strange man in a superhero costume standing on the steps leading to city hall. He has on the mask, the cape, everything. Next to him is a large box stamped with the letters ‘TNT.’ This is totally weird, I think. Suddenly, he starts running and chasing a mass of people up and down the steps. Policemen appear from the side of the building and race toward him. It seems like it’s all happening in slow motion. Now, people everywhere are running. Helicopters hover above. I start to freak out. I can’t believe this is happening. WHAT IS GOING ON?
Then, right there in front of me, a man standing next to a camera crew yells “Cut!” and everyone stops.
Only in LA, I tell you. Only in freakin’ LA.
hehehehe…. just reminds me, I just started watching Heroes (finally came to the UK).
You forgot about the part where you yelled, “Why won’t anyone stop that man?!”
