Sure, Disneyland is fun when you’re 8, but it’s even more fun when you must battle rush hour traffic, squeeze your bony bottom onto the first available tram and then scour the entrance area for your friend who has the Almighty Disney Employee Pass. All for 2.5 hours of theme park bliss. Des, Alice, Carissa and I strategized a way to maximize our short time on Friday at THPOE (The Happiest Place On Earth). It all went according to plan, except that the line was way too long for the Nemo ride. Don’t all these kids have bed times? We did get to hit up Space Mountain (ruuuuules!), Indiana Jones (fun!), Pirates (moderately fun!), that Buzz Lightyear shooting ride (fun!) and the fireworks show (super extreme-o awesome-o!). We did quite well, I must say.
Carissa is having SO MUCH FUN (!!!) while I am oblivious (and open-mouthed) as always.
Alice gracefully shoots for the stars while Desiree thinks “I better win, bitches.” Look at her ridiculously high score. What the heck?

Des looks constipated. Holy crap! Alice is really bad at the game or Des is incredible. I’m going to go with the former.

In self defense, I sacrificed points to take pictures during the ride AND it’s rather difficult to aim and shoot when you have a glass eye…….. Ok Ok…I was just very not good at shooting.
