TIP: If you ever feel like you need a quick popularity boost, add your name to the media list for LA Fashion Week. For several days straight, you will get an e-mail every five minutes inviting you to fashion shows, meet-and-greets, after-parties — oh my! It’s so much fun. Yeeeeah, not really. (I get it! You love me! Now, how do I unsubscribe??)

Aside from the inbox flooding, Fashion Week (or, for me, Fashion Day) was indeed so much fun. I got to hang out backstage at the Voom by Joy Han show. It was sheer, awesome chaos. I felt like I was trapped in an episode of Behind the Scenes with Access Hollywood. And yes, despite being a ’serious journalist,’ I totally hid in the corner and snapped some pics with my point and shoot. Don’t judge me. Blame the reflexes.
