Chris showed this to me yesterday, mentioning that this newsletter went out to about a thousand homes in Southern California. My reaction: WHAT THE?!?!?
I don’t know who took this picture or how this happened, but I’m not happy. I mean, what an unflattering shot!
I guess that’s what I get for resolving to become more famous in 2008. Note to self: Be careful what you wish for.

Oh and if you’re curious of the cause of action, it would be for:
Misappropriation of plaintiff’s picture or name for defendant’s commercial advantage – (Commercial Misappropriation)
Which is basically where defendant’s unauthorized use of plaintiff’s picture or name for defendant’s commercial advantage without plaintiff’s consent.

it still frikin cracks me up looking at that. Mom’s reaction was funny “who’s anna, that girl looks like you” and the sad part was…she was serious.
I’ll call this weekend to complain. Maybe we can get a free meal (hopefully they won’t spit in our food) It’ll be hard to not laugh.
