So my strange, unknown illness has finally localized itself within my stomach. I think gremlins are clubbin’ down there and it ain’t pretty. Thanks for your concern.
In non-bodily news, I kinda love this.

Y’all know I’m not the best person to talk politics, but I just like her (Hillary, not the pruney lady with the sticker). And not just because she’s a girl, although I’m puzzled as to more women don’t think this little factoid isn’t the coolest thing in the world. During my mopey, crampy days, I would always say things like, “We have go through this every month and we can’t be president. IT’S SO NOT FAIR!” Suddenly, I have one less thing to whine about.
That’s all I’ll say about my position. Don’t wanna get into actual issues or anything — that’s just asking for trouble (and would be a little stiff for this fun-filled website). But I have been reading a lot of stuff on Hillary such as NYT op-eds, some gotta-know background info and blogs. For some reason, the things that make people dislike her make me like her more.
Since I’ve never really followed an election before, tell me: Have politics always been this juicy? For the first time, I’m captivated.
MORE HILLARY: This is so fun!
Hillary chats with Tyra. Now that’s gutsy!

If you’re captivated, try and look for some Obama speeches. I’m not won over by him yet, but that is some gooood speeching going on. Definitely a nice change from the current guy who makes my ears bleed.

All politicians suck, just by nature of being in the lime light. No one can please everyone, and under scrutiny of the nation, of course someone is going to find fault in the general plans to try and make everyone happy.
While everyone looks bad, Hilary has a proven track record of failure with her whole health care blunder.
Obama is smooth, but he represents what I don’t like about Democrats generally. They’re into bigger government, which means useless, inefficient programs that cost us money.
Not all Republicans are for smaller government. Bush was one of the few that actually increased government.

i wouldn’t call hillary’s failed health plan ‘a track record of failure.’ moreover, just because she couldn’t get the proper backing doesn’t mean that the idea itself wasn’t, at it’s base, good.
every single candidate, on both side, has things that can be called into question and then pointed out as ‘a track record of failure.’ just like every president that we’ve ever had has made a mis-step or two. or, you know, eleventy hundred.
i’m not entirely sure who i’m supporting yet…but, michelle! it’s not boring! jump in, the water’s fine!

Yeah, I know it’s not boring, for the most part. But you gotta know, my attention span is the size of a pea.
I like Obama. I can listen to him speak all day. If he doesn’t win, he should totally make motivational tapes. I’m not 100-percent decided (more like 91), and I would love to learn more about his plans.
To me, Hillary just seems like she’s made for this job. Way before she was molded into a stiff politician, she was this fearless, brainy chick who questioned authority like no other. Today, she simply knows the ropes better. She’s seen everything. I don’t think any other candidate compares.
