Warning: Another Boyfriend of the Year post. I don’t get out much.
Matt and I are sitting on my bed playing Scrabulous on our laptops. As he waits for me to make my move, he checks out some photos posted online of his brother’s wedding.
M: These came out nice.
Me: Oooh, yeah. Pretty. I love wedding photos. But you know, I’m not ready to get married.
M: (instinctively) Nobodysaskingyou.
Me: I know. I just wanted to remind you.
M: What? You think I’m going to spell out WILL YOU MARRY ME on the Scrabble board?
Me: That would be so cute!
M: Hmm. I wonder how many points I would get for that.

Dude, don’t be the first among us to be married. Otherwise I can’t go over to hang out because the few bachelors will feel left out, esp. when it comes to couples Taboo…don’t take Taboo away from me!
