I had to have all four out, only the I kept waking up scared and confused. After I attempted to bite the dental assistant, they decided I would have to come back and be completely knocked out (and maybe tied up) before they'd risk resuming operations. That was like a year ago. Honestly, did they really think I'd come back after I figured out how badly it was going to hurt? Warning: I was fine for the first two days. I thought, "hey, this isn't so bad." Three days later I was in agony. Be kind to your self and take it slow, even if you think you're ok. Good Luck! Yuck.
